| Are you using the iOS app? If so, ever since a server issue and replacement in March, uploading from iOS app isn’t working, we have tried to get info on whether or not they are going to fix this issue but nothing from Invelos | Posted: Topic Replies: 1, Topic Views: 3377 |  | DOES ANYONE AT INVELOS READ THEIR FORUM?
IS ANYONE INVELOS / DVD PROFILER GOING TO ADDRESS THE MAJOR ISSUE WITH THE IOS APP?
IT HAS BEEN 16 WEEKS SINCE THE SERVER ISSUES, SINCE THE SITE WAS BROUGHT BACK ONLINE THE IOS APP WILL NOT SYNC PROPERLY WITH THE SERVER AND UPDATE OUR PROFILES!!!

Invelos needs to:
1) admit the issue with iOS app since early March (16 weeks ago)!!!
2) fix whatever the issue is, the problem started when they had server issues, so something is terribly wrong, but not with the iOS app itself!!!

Um, yeah, I don’t get this, for me it doesn’t update at all.
It’s frustrating because I have over 1200 titles on one device and I can’t update it, can’t get it on my other devices.
