I don't but it's ludicruous how to program is neglected and not been improved for many years, let it be the errors it gives since the last major update.

You can look for the problem online, but of what i found out that you need technician skills and if i am correct only the IT s from the site itself can solve this.
I have 4 profiles with this probkem and the 1st one is Conan Chronicles Limited Edition.
